People at work.

There are different kind of people around us at workplace..
People who got some work to do.
People who got work to do but don't want to do it.
People who are starving to work.
People who don't have anything do.

It sometimes frustrates me to see people who don't like to work always try to find excuses.

I have seen many who at first keep crying for work once
they have it they start talking about extra holidays, comp. offs,
appraisals, and finally time they want to give for there family(?).

There are very few who actually come to office for working.
Their passion is their work. My personal experience says that if your boss a bully kind of person who normally ditch the work never want to see you working hard and with passion.
He/she will always give you lectures on doing smart work.
Sometime I really think about what is smart work ..
don't you need to work hard to do smart work.

Humans always want ,what they don't have ..so same applies to work too :)

about smart work, well how to explain this, i will try in general terms: there are always different ways to complete any work for example say you want to transfer some heavy object from one place to another now you can either work hard and put in all ur energy to get it done or you can smartly use some tool like say cycle. Thats smart work:)
In technical terms, you can automate some code which is repetitive with minor logical changes, rather than write 100 files in 2weeks.
So I will say that smart work is all about logic no magic.

Yes, but hard work is a must :-)
Does hard work mean you work for nights and get a work done? Is that worth ? though its really appreciating:)
